Services
HPI's domiciliary intensive outpatient program (DIOP) is
a partner program with Doorway To Recovery, a committed and accomplished
provider of 3/4 Homes in Western Wayne County's suburbs. DIOP
participants attend 4-hours of clinical programming 5-days/week while
living 3/4 Home designed to provide an adjunctive community-living
support system to encourage positive outcome.
Consistent with HPI's other intensive substance abuse
treatment programs, DIOP professional teams work together to ensure that
assessments and treatment approaches are comprehensive and
individualized. Team interventions focus on understanding the disease of
addition, effective relapse prevention planning and development of a
healthy, satisfying substance-free lifestyle.

Have not achieved treatment goals through
traditional outpatient services
Desire to prevent relapse and potential admission
to a higher level of care
Does not have a stable living environment or the
skills to promote recovery from substance of abuse

Hegira Programs accepts most managed care and insurance
programs, including Medicaid and Medicare. Persons meeting residency and
income restrictions may be eligible for funding provided by SEMCA.
