Services

Hegira Programs Day Treatment program is for adults 18 years and older with primary substance or substance abuse and a co-occurring mental health disorder. The Day Treatment program offers 6-hours of multidisciplinary interventions, five-days per week.

HPI's  Day Treatment staff includes psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, social workers, and professional counselors, each with a specialization in the care of persons recovering from substance abuse and or co-occurring mental health and substance abuse.

HPI's Day Treatment program is ideal for adult who:

  • Have not achieved treatment goal through traditional outpatient services
  • Desire to prevent relapse and potential admission to a higher level of care
  • Has obligations to work, school, etc. that prevent admission to a 24-hour program
  • Need the structure of an intensive program post discharge from inpatient
Payment Terms

Hegira Programs accepts most managed care and insurance programs, including Medicaid. Persons meeting residency and income restrictions may be eligible for funding provided by SEMCA, Washtenaw County,  and the CareLink Network, a Managed Coprehensive Provider Network of the Detroit-Wayne County Community Mental Health Agency.
