Philosophical Foundation

The field of health care is an expansive spectrum which is in a process of rapid change. Behavioral health care is an essential element within the changing health care environment. Effective behavioral health and related services are best provided and managed through a network of care. The network must be responsive and sensitive to the customer needs of both the public and private sectors. A process of continual improvement, based on outcomes, ensures the ongoing enhancement of the network.  An organization must be dedicated to providing the highest level of quality possible within the financial resources available. An organization's most precious resource is its people. Quality encompasses quality staff who enhance their knowledge, technology and skills.
